Summary0000106: Automated plugin updates
DescriptionI would like to implement automated plugin updates. We probably don't want OSA to just grab new plugin updates immediately and install then as that could cause instability. Instead I would want a button to be displayed with the new update notification in the Manager that the user can click on and it would automatically download the update and install it without needing to stop OSA. Another option would be a button to install all updates at once.

 We have plugin update notifications in the new WPF manager. I am moving this issue and fully automated plugin updates to 0.3.7
